This bar is made of hardened steel and is used to tighten the prop nut to the correct torque. By design, it meets the Stearman torque standard with a 4' bar that allows 450 pounds of pressure to be applied. Comes with the torque specifications from Stearman Restorers Association. Makes changing the prop a breeze.
